How do I setup Wacom’s Airbrush pen for the Intous tablets in Adobe Photoshop CS6?

Click on the brush tools then under the “Transfer” setting locate the “Flow Jitter” slider and under that is the “Control” pulldown.  Select “Stylus Wheel”.
